IClimb does not charge for freight to Australia on orders of A$100 or more. For orders under A$100, freight is A$7 total.

Okay, how does IClimb work?

Simond and Mont Bell gear and clothing are imported into New Zealand and orders are then sent to Australia. All prices on this site include freight (unless your total order is less than A$100; e.g., a couple of carabiners), and IClimb is responsible for paying any GST and customs as the goods arrive in Australia. In other words, if your IClimb order is over A$100, you won’t pay a dollar more than the prices you see listed here.

Postage of IClimb products to Australia typically takes a week.

If you purchase an item and then change your mind, you can return it so long as it is unused and the labels haven’t been removed. If there is something special you'd like us to bring in that we don't usually stock, then let us know. Please note that some highly specialised gear (e.g., full-body down suits) may not be returnable if you change your mind. If this is the case, we would let you know in advance.

We are the Australasian distributors for these brands and as such are fully responsible for warranty issues. If you require repair or replacement of an item, then simply email us.
