You can return items that are unwanted or the wrong size. Returned items must be unused and have labels attached. Postage is $10 total for your order.

Here are Mont Bell size charts for men's and unisex clothing and for women's clothing. The sizes are US sizes, and should not be confused with the Japanese sizes of Mont Bell garments that you may already own.

Demo gear
We have a range of Simond demo gear that you can try. It doesn't even matter if you aren't looking to buy. Simply email us.

Demo gear available: pair of Naja tools (axe and hammer), pair of Anaconda tools, pair of Coyote tools, 820 MXC axe, Ocelot hyperlight axe, Vampire crampons, Caiman crampons, Racing ice screws (17 and 21 cm).

Payment
Payment can be made into the iclimb bank account at any Kiwibank throughout the country or online, or by sending a cheque. These payment methods keep our prices low. We will email you an invoice with payment details included when you make an order. Payment is due seven days from the invoice date. The postage charge for sending gear anywhere within NZ is $10 for your total order.

Layby is available on all purchases over $100. You make $100 payments (or the balance if the balance is less than $100) until you have paid the full amount. There are no extra fees. All purchases are subject to availability. An $100 initial payment is required for the layby to begin. Full payment needs to be made within 8 weeks of your first payment. Purchases will be posted to you after full payment has been received. If you suffer financial hardship and want to cancel your layby, there are no penalties and all deposits will be returned in full. Email grantguise@iclimb.co.nz if you would like to put climbing, skiing, tramping gear or clothing on layby.

Returns/special items/after-sales service
If you order a product but decide that it is unsuitable or the wrong size after recieving it, you can send it back as long as it has not been used and the tags are still on the product. Note that you will still be charged postage. We import from manufacturers several times a year, so if there is something special you'd like us to bring in that we don't usually stock, then let us know; however, you will need to pay in advance and you will not be able to return the item if you change your mind. We very much want to know if you are satisfied with your purchase after you take it into the hills. Warranties are at least for a period of 12 months. These are cautious manufacturer's warranties. If you have properly cared for the item, we expect that it will last much longer than the warranty period and we certainly want you to contact us if you deem the service life of the product to be unreasonable. We can organise non-warranty repairs of soft products such as clothing and sleeping bags.

iclimb.co.nz is the official distributor for Mont Bell, Simond, and New England Ropes products in New Zealand. Nothing that we sell is parallel imported.
