Contact and Ordering

You can now view and buy a range of Simond, Mont Bell and ARVA products at IHub in Twizel, which is near Aoraki Mt Cook National Park and only a 30-second detour off the Christchurch–Queenstown highway (see map below). Although IClimb and Ihub are working together and have similar names, we are different operations (so if you have been dealing with one of us, the other usually won't know about your enquiry/order – we hope that makes sense!).

We also post you Simond and Mont Bell gear and clothing to check out and try on without requiring payment first, and pay for return postage if an item is unwanted or the wrong size.

To ask questions or place an order, email Grant at grantguise@iclimb.co.nz.

Demo gear
We have a range of Simond demo gear that you can try. It doesn't even matter if you aren't looking to buy. Simply email us. We even pay for the return postage.

Demo gear available: pair of Naja tools (axe and hammer), pair of Coyote tools, 820 MXC axe, Ocelot hyperlight axe, Vampire crampons, Caiman crampons, Racing ice screws (17cm and 21cm).

Payment
Payment can be made into the IClimb bank account at any Kiwibank throughout the country, online or by sending a cheque. These payment methods keep our prices low. The freight charge for sending gear anywhere within NZ is $5 for your total order, except for the Dynafit gear (skis, boots, etc.).

Returns/special items/after-sales service
If you decide not to purchase a Simond or Mont Bell item, you can send it back as long as it has not been used and the tags are still on the equipment (for obvious saftey reasons). We bring in gear several times a year, so if there is something special you'd like us to bring in that we don't usually stock, then let us know. Please note that some highly specialised gear (e.g., full-body down suits) may not be returnable if you change your mind. If this is the case, we would let you know in advance. We very much want to know if you are satisfied with you purchase after you take it into the hills. If there are any problems with your IClimb gear, we certainly want to know.

Cheers, Grant and Glenn
